The seller rainbow_deals unlawfully missold goods to me. Delivery arrived late and the item I was sent was not that which was advertised. The item was not fit for purpose at all. Attempts were made with the seller to resolve the matter but the seller - after initial dismissal and rude correspondence on their part - discontinued communication altogether. A return was not facilitated and a refund was refused. Avoid this seller, would be my recommendation. Really very bad trading practices.

That's not what happened at all is it. Despite having sold hundreds of these wipes with no complaints, you insisted they are not fit for purpose and demanded a full refund for all 3 tubs, whilst also demanding to be able to keep all 3 tubs. You refused to return any of them despite a pre paid label being provided. You then opened an item not received claim which eBay promptly closed. Your refund was refused by eBay, I would advise all sellers to block this buyer.
