    I'm not sure that the item was as advertised, it looked like it had been used because of the creases. And the postage costs were high, probably costed for a small parcel, whereas the item was a large letter. I would recommend taking a second look before ordering, but wouldn't 'not recommend'. I just think they need to take heed of this kind of feedback.

    We can confirm all our patterns are new, sent in poly wallets with cardboard so they do not bend. The postage you were charged was 55p. We subsidised this by over £1.00. You need to get your facts straight. A small package is £3.90. S & P
