      Best in class

      For an experienced listener who values a neutral but engaging set of phones that are good for all genres and eras, these are some of the very best IEMs I have tried at the under $50 and even $100 price point. Honest reproduction, spectrally balanced, and sufficiently detailed with just enough sparkle and plenty adequate bass extension. The E500s are also an excellent value and very similar. However, the E1000s have a bit more air for more satisfying low-volume listening, without resulting peaky or fatiguing treble at higher volume levels. Both models are comfortable as IEMs go and low-profile in the ear. I would recommend the E1000 without hesitation to most users and I hope Final comes out with a detachable cable version or sonic equivalent someday.

      Too much bass

      The fit and finish of the earphones is fine. The packaging was good, everything was secure and the box was in great shape. The actual use is where they fell short. The sound is much too bass prominent for my ears. I own several pairs of IEMs and they do not have suffer from this issue. If you are a bass kind of listener then they should work well for you.
