    Seller is dishonest. When i attempted to make an offer on sellers product, sellers response was “im selling at a loss and thinking of raising the price actually”. Then later seller stated they will be taking listing down and keeping the watch. Seller plays manipulation games to try to trick you into paying more for the item. Seller likely would have refused to ship the item as well unless additional payment was given.
