Very disappointed with the colours, It’s not the lovely vivid bright pink that it shows on the eBay listing, the colour of the bear on the mug I’ve received is a dull redish colour definitely not pink! ��

I contacted seller to query the different colour attaching a pic to show the difference, I was totally surprised by the bizarre reply I received, I was told that I’d not bought the mug from them?!?! Of course I bought it from them or else why would I be contacting them about it? I’m not silly I do know how eBay works, if you’re not happy with a purchase you contact the seller to sort it out amicably. I feel offended & insulted by the accusations. I’ve now requested to return the mug for a refund
