Excellent item. Thank you for best packaging ever received. This heat pad is brilliant. I have 2 of this brand and with the new controller that Beurer use it makes the temperature much more controlled. I have a slipped disc and use this for my back and legs 1 hour 3 times a day and the heat really helps with my sciatic pain as well as pain down my legs. I can lay on it for my treatment and it works brilliantly allowing me to cut down on pain killers. A+++
