Both sides can sport a visible deterrent. Easy to use.
For the price, you get a visible deterrent on both sides of your caravan or vehicle, ensuring any attempt at removal would have more chance of being discovered, and of course increased time to remove both locks. Very quick and easy to fit, which means you will use them, rather than leaving them in the boot or locker of the caravan. Lightweight and whilst not the heavy duty that are available for a massive price (nothing wrong with them, they just may be financially unattainable for someone just starting out) these are fifty times better than nothing, and will slow down even the most determined thief. Combined with a hitch or ball lock, (and locking wheel nuts would help too) this gives peace of mind.For the price, you get a visible deterrent on both sides of your caravan or vehicle, ensuring any attempt at removal would have more chance of being discovered, and of course increased time to remove both locks. Good visual deterrent for not a lot of money.
These wheel clamps are just what I expected. They are more of a visual deterrent, as a determined thief wouldn't take very long in cutting them off with an angle grinder. However with the four wheel locks in place and them being very visible, the potential thief would probably move on to Another vehicle. I have dripped some 3 in 1 oil into the locks, as I think the locks could easily get rusty if they are exposed to bad weather for any long period..These wheel clamps are just what I expected. They are more of a visual deterrent, as a determined thief wouldn't take very long in cutting them off with an angle grinder. They are colourful so you can see them straight away. They are well made and easy to fit. The price for the two was very good. The delivery was fast. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a lock that will fit most vehicles and keep the thieves from getting their hands on your van. I found the two were better fitted double the security and peace of mind when stored when not in use.
