I like Sony but I do think the brand's overated generally. Their products vary in quality and generally cost a lot more than comparable competition without offering noticeably better quality. I like their TV colour system though so stick to them for veiwing purposes. This model functions as per item description. A little slow and a bigger player than my previous one but so far it's doing what it's supposed to. Easy to use. The build quality seems OK so let's hope it lasts longer than the previous Sony machine did.I like Sony but I do think the brand's overated generally. This is my third Sony Blu-ray player love this model on looks (colour) don’t like them boring black ones and features only down fall on this buy was no power lead or remote so have to buy myself

Very good blue ray player, plays dvds very well too. Picture quality is great on both. Menu is the older sony sysem so not as simple as the upto date one. Great player overall, and quiet too.

Superb Blu-Ray experience,picture and sound.
