When it arrived it was used, floating freely inside the packaging, and was missing a wheel. When I contacted the seller they offered to refund $5 and said it was the best that they can do. It was a total fraud. However, ebay took care of me. They contacted the seller with a deadline to resolve this matter. I was refunded 100%. I was provided a tracking number so that my grandson could keep an eye on when it’s arrival was due… He loves his gift!
