I bought a "like new" crane for a christmas present, and the seller sent me a crane that was broken and busted in multiple places. The shipping box even had the word "broken" written on it, but they still sent it to me. When I complained to the seller, they gaslighted me by telling me that I bought a used crane! The listing said, LIKE NEW and even if it hadnt, the crane they sent was completely broken! Bad Business!!!

The engine arrived really quickly, within a week. The packaging was a little lacking and there was some damage from shipping. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful in resolving that for me. I fired it up a couple days after I got it and ran it for 10 minutes or so. I'm really happy with it. the included wiring harness for the electric start was nice. All you need is a battery and some oil and diesel to get going. I'd buy more.
