    Amazing book for non Pro's

    if you simply enjoy cycling and want to get more out of your weekend rides, then this book is an excellent read. It couples tips, with great pictures and helpful hints to not just improve your cycling and from time to time, makes you think if it wasn't for a combination of: work, children, late night binges, Kebabs, Chinese Food, 2 for 1 doughnuts you could actually have made it as a professional cyclist. A great not to in depth read for wanna-be and enthusiastic cyclists. 10/10
