    Curves would be attractive!

    Straight is good, curves would be better! I do believe that if the manufacturers could also produce this in 1st, 2nd and 3rd radius 90 degree curves and 45 degree curves they'd be to a winner. They could also format a template to take into account the various points and crossings (switches in the US) and then they'd save a lot of people with sharp knives, blunt opinions and wavy sheets of cork getting cross! If they champhered the outside edge on both sides that would be a perfect finish. Go on, go for it!

    A good foundation

    The roll of 3mm cork underlay is really good. It has a smooth surface that takes glues well. The thickness is accurate and consistent and the sides square and straight to assist fixing one or more strips side by side. A really good alround product.

    Great use for this

    Helps to absorb some of the sound and provides a protective layer. Easily stained gray colour to mimic track foundation and also easy to install with flexibility.

    Track laying made easy

    Excellent product. makes laying track much easier and can be easily cut to make radii and for turnouts. It deadens the sound of the trains noise from the plywood base boards.
