Arrived quickly, but in amazon packaging with amazon paperwork? As described although without the PHYSEN branding as shown in the item description. However instruction booklet says PHYSEN and seller confirmed it is. Good communication from seller. Fitted and working well so far.

Wonderful Product
I've been looking for this item for a while and tried different styles of the same type of product. What a difference the having this product has made. All my inferior products are in line to go the charity shop.

Looks like it'll last 15 years like the last one I had
The foam pad on my old one started to crumble after 15 years of use, now I am not a vigilant cleaner so it wasn't exactly weekly use, but that just meant it had to work a little harder when I did use it and I consider that a good lifespan for a plastic mop. The handle on this one is all plastic (the previous was metal tubes) and feels much more sturdy so even though I have only used it a couple of times I am confident it is going to put in some years service for me. Lovely thing
Picks up more dog hair than a normal broom. Quicker to get out and quieter than a vacuum cleaner. Cleans floor with antibacterial wipes too.
