    Good build quality and it works great

    This items works perfectly fine on both USB 2 and USB 3 - date transfer is obviously going to be slower on the older standard. The sim cards fit in perfectly. It's great for backing up photos or videos from a phone or tablet to a PC.

    Does not work with a Chromebook

    Purchased this product for use with a Acer Chromebook. Found out after purchase its not compatible, and when connected it will not upload/download data from a SD Microcard. My Chromebook will not even recognise an external device has been connected. Checked with another Chromebook user who was able to see connect and see "files" for a fleeting second before the Chromebook shut down access. Seems obvious this Anker product is not supported by the Chromebook software platform, but no mention anywhere.

    Useful and Reliable

    Useful that it presents the SD and MicroSD card slots as two separate removable drives so that you can use them simultaneously and transfer data between them (just use an adapter if you have 2 MicroSD cards). That might not be the fastest means, but it is definitely reliable via this reader.

    Great Original Boxed Product

    I needed a quick and simple was of transferring data files from my micro SD cards to my laptop as it didn’t have an inbuilt slot for one, this little unit did the business, it plugs and plays perfectly !

    Solid build

    Solid build, doesn't feel cheap, quick data transfer, reads every time. i have always bought cheap readers but never again really impressed with this product. i would recommend.
