You get what you pay for,it is exactly what it is, a cheap starter rod for a child. The tip end once out won't retract inside the rod ,no matter how much I try short of breaking it. The amount of stuff that comes with it probably compensates for the lack of quality. Not overly impressed, but as a starter rod for my 8 year old grandson it should be ideal for his first fishing trip.

Poor customer service. You received my bait boat which has scratches. In addition, the seller suggests in the photos that you will receive a boat with a 12000mah battery, and you will receive a 5200mah battery because they wrote so at the very bottom in the description. At first he offered a 10% refund and later he changed his mind and offered a £5 refund when the battery costs £30.

I even asked seller to confirm that is a 12000 mAh battery as advertised and received a 5200 mAh battery.The larger capacity battery made me to choose this boat and no other with a better price and specs
