      Never sent and no tracking - went on for weeks and then they said it had been sent but I don’t believe them. EBay case opened and refunded. If you can’t fulfill an order, just say!

      Feel these comments are a little harsh! Royal Mail lost the original item (which was somewhat out of our control). Offered a full refund and replacement due to the extended delay but I've learnt you can't please all of the people all of the time.
