    Great product because they work!

    Simply put, these work to contain overnight urine! Other hospital supplied big name items have been an ongoing failure, resulting in regular wetness outside the diaper. We could depend on them to fail! May more people find these and enjoy actual help. Item used for dad is the Tranquility Overnight medium size. Great product because they work!

    great brief

    I have used these for my mother with alzheimer’s disease related incontinence for a few years now. I also use the super booster pads (a pad inserted into the brief) for extra protection. They rarely leak and hold a lot of urine. I use them during the day and they work very well in keeping her dry as well as protecting her skin from urine related breakdowns (she has never had any). They are not much more expensive than depends type brands but are far superior. You should also shop around online as different retailers sell them for different prices and I have found several that I use depending on whose price is cheapest at the time. They are the best combination of quality and price I have found.

    Better fit, better absorbency and comfort.

    This product is very well made and fits like it should. These provide extra comfort and protection against leaks. I have tried several different brands and I don't know technically what is different, but I do know the absorbency seems to be better and they don't bother my sleep.

    It holds a lot of liquid.

    I recommend this one to those who have mild to moderate incontinence, even during night time. If it still leaks a little< then buy their flow-through Super Topliner Pad. I use this for my disabled wife. My wife's waist is just 32" but medium fits her even if it says 34"-44". My only problem is the price. Try browsing the to save money. The way to do it is buy in bulk.

    I have learned to trust Tranquility after many fails. Thank you for keeping the price within my affordable range. The comfort is wonderful.

    Tranquility actually keeps my bed dry all night long and I don't have to keep getting up approximately seven times to go. I was getting very little restful sleep when this problem came about 3 years ago. They're comfortable and I can trust them to allow me to stay asleep.
