Note: this was refunded a while ago and immediately the trims were returned.Suspect it's because buyers dishonest feedback was removed from a previous purchase. Another claim is being made for buyers 3rd purchase without providing any supporting photo's or returning the trims. What can we do?Very disappointing that it has descended into this way of resolving things.I can only apologise for any failings on our part but can assure our buyer everything has been dealt with honestly and properly.
