1) Dates shown on order progress may not be clear. When a despatch date is shown, it relates to the date you return your battery for refurbishing and not the date it is returned to you. So don't expect it too early - if you chase through eBay, apparently they close down the a1 shop and you get a snotty phone call! (2) Other than that, they were fine - helpful advice on phone and when the new charger didn't fit the battery they put a connector in the post. So (3) I would use again!
