The product itself is great, allows me to have my immersion heater on to a set of more complex "smart" parameters (turns on 3 times a day for 15 mins each time). Rather than before which was essentially on/off at the switch and if left on all the time, was 62 degrees or off (and wasted lots of electricity!). App works fine, functional.
