I requested 2 crystals for watch repairs and the seller sent me a good one and part of a piece of glass (broken), I contacted him and sent a picture of what I received and he accused me of breaking it trying to install it, I mean as if I were inventing this for a couple of dollars, that was shocking, and he totally refused, apart from that the thickness of both glasses was not what I requested, he sent me 2 units of 0.9mm and I ordered one of 0.9 and 1.2mm, The worst seller I encountered in eBay

Thanks for the Photos you have sent to verify your purchase. We ship crystals out in a box to avoid any possibility of damage. Far to many buyers and novice watch repair guys break crystal during the install and will blame a seller to recoup their repair costs. Measure correctly and you will only need to do it one time and order 1 item instead of two. Will definitely end all communication with this buyer going forward.
