I love this
My dog is a picky eater, so I spent more time putting his food in the dinner. 1 was my dog took all day to eat his food and it was dry so had to be replaced many times .Plus no more Flys hanging round his food .It only took one attempt for my dog to get used to it.it keeps his food so much fresher I just love it x

waste of money
I bought 2, thinking they would be perfect for my feral cats as their wet food gets covered in flies in the summer - sadly the lids keep closing even when the poor cats are standing right in front eating! I've tried removing the batteries in the hope that this might reset them, but it has made no difference - after a short period of time the lids close automatically, even when the cats are standing in front eating. I bought 2, thinking they would be perfect for my feral cats as their wet food gets covered in flies in the summer - sadly the lids keep closing even when the poor cats are standing right in front eating! I've tried removing the batteries in the hope that this might reset them, but it has made no difference - after a short period of time the lids close automatically, even when the cats are standing in front eating.

The concept of this bowl is excellent and it's excution good. Instructions are clear and packaging neat. It is only plastic so not brilliant value for money. The quality is better than most. (Rather binary answer choices are not helpful in providing a proper review.) My cat took to it easily. An improvement would be space for an ice pack underneath the dish. An option for a second dish at a reduced price purchased at the same time would provide additional value.The concept of this bowl is excellent and it's excution good. Fantastic product!!! I just love this item. I originally bought a cheap automatic pet feeder with sensor but it was completely useless. I then bought this with scepticism but it's brilliant. My cat has no fear of it as it's really quiet and moves slowly but is so efficient. It keeps the food fresh and more importantly for me, fly free. I didn't need to use the training mode either, just used it straight away, as soon as I put the the batteries in and turned it on I knew it would be absolutely fine and it was. really worth the investment
her wet food now is protected from flies and doesn't dry out, our cat is very anxious but she adapted to it pretty fast. batteries need replacement every few months naturally, which is an ongoing expenditure to consider
