Easy to give good service when things go right, the true measure of good service is what happens when things go wrong. The cameras could not be used as the Swann App constantly crashes on our iPhones (Swann knowledge base / support team know about the problem but appear to have done nothing). Seller was excellent agreeing return and making a full refund - outstanding communications and service - I would use this seller again without hesitation but will not buy another Swann product ever!

Whilst there was a delay in dispatch and some radio silence then some initial misinformation, the PC arrived in 7 days of order, well packed and fully functional. The condition of the item was good and everything was included as described (the USB 2 WiFi dongle, a boxed copy of Windows 7 and the power lead/brick etc. Whilst a little dusty, everything was in very reasonable condition for its age and works well. With just a little more service focus this would have been a good customer experience.
