For the £80 price tag, it's not as sturdy as I'd thought, very flimsy metal, the bolts crush the frame when you tighten them & the frame split when I pushed it into the ground & I couldn't be arsed to dissemble it & return it. Had to literally bury part of it so the soil would hold it firm, very, very flimsy. Can't see it lasting long.

    metal arch

    Decent item for the price, easy to assemble 10 mm spanner and cross head screw driver, plant a climber either side and it will look great. although it has 4 small spikes to anchor into the ground it will need more than this once your plants grow up it, strong winds would move it.

    Flimsy with no thought of stability

    Very flimsy and has no structural support, I had to create a cross section at the back made from bamboo and cable tires as it was bending easily with nothing even on it. I was very disappointing, as for the price I would expect better. I have also painted it with hammerite as saw some people said it was rusting after a few weeks! So if you want to do lots to actually make it a better product then do what I did, but if you want something that is better made then look elsewhere.

    Attractive design rose arch

    Very happy with our choice of rose arch/climbing plant support. First impression is that it is sturdy when assembled, and assembly instructions were good. The design is attractive without being too fussy, and we look forward to choosing climbing plants which will make it an even more eye catching feature in our garden.

    Looks good in the picture but this structure is made of very thin metal. The frame actually bends when trying to get the nuts and bolts tight enough.

    I actually had to buy some additional brackets to strengthen the frame. Once erected it look ok, however, after just a few days it showed signs of rust.

    My gate arch

    Liked the design and ease of assemble The only fault I found is that I think tack welds should be a little heavier as I had couple of welds break during assemble Luckily I was able to make a "face plate "and fixed it
