Under the impression item was coming with charger as advertised, and of having no issues. I inquired if it had any hinge problems or cracks & seller said there were no issues. It came with a crack. Not sure if it happened during shipping as it was only in a non bubble bag that looks like original shipping returned since it had my name, then tossed in another non bubble bag, so no real protection at all. It also came with no charger. I did reach out and no response.

I’mA collector. Seller sent a different item than what was listed (not factory sealed). After some emails back and forth, the item I paid for was no longer available, so we agreed to a refund and return. The seller agreed to pay for return shipping. After taking the time to return the item, the seller has not refunded the shipping and has stopped responding emails.
