To reduce the natural beany taste, you do need to try remove the soaked bean skins, add a little salt, and some sweetener (apple is good).Also recommend you still strain through a net bag.Feels great making your own milk.Yoou can then make tofu.And don't discard the pulp, but use it in smoothies, stews, cakes, etc.
