More expensive than other tower fans but well worth paying extra for. It's powerful enough to cool a whole room yet is much quieter than similar products. Can easily sleep through the minimal noise on the lowest setting.

For something billed as quiet it really wasn't. On its lowest setting its bearable but obviously doesn't pushout alot of air so if its hot and you want to crank up the speed it gets alot noisier, almost like there's something vibrating loose inside. I chose it over the cheaper £35 ones because I wanted a quiet one to use at night. Very disappointed so I ended up sending it back.

Happy with the fan, but it arrived having been opened and resealed with sellotape and the remote control was already fitted with batteries (that didn't work) and when first started, it was vibrating and slightly noisy, although this has since stopped.

It is an excellent fan! I suffer with hot sweats but this keeps me cool on very hot nights. The only little concern is a noise my husband is aware of when at high setting. I think it is because of our floor so I am putting extra carpet underneath the unit to counteract this. Even with this I would still purchase the fan again!

I tried many fans and I have to say this is definitely the quietest I've found. I recently bought another one from Honeywell too and still this is very quiet. Note that is not silent, it needs to move the air around so it will never be completely silent, but in the family we can all sleep with the fan on (at minimum speed) and enjoy the air moving in the room.
