Awful.
Total waste of money. Doubt this could even cut softened butter it was so bad. Totally normal sponge cake and this cutter wouldn't even make a dent in it. Very flimsy.

The levelling wire is so dull, it would struggle to cut through butter
The levelling wire is very blunt / dull. If you will need to use quite a bit of force to have it go through even a moist cake like carrot cake. The dullness progressively got worse after first use. It has gone in the bin. My advise is to get a more expensive leveller, because you'll waste your money needlessly
