    I purchased a 2 set used CD by the artist TUPAR. 3 tracks on cd#1, skips very badly, but the over all quality of the CD is very good. This was my first time purchasing a used CD..& my time.do I intend to return it, NO!!! it would be to much of a problem to attempt to return it..your return policy & procedure is a pain in the ass..it's not worth it
