I think the problem was with the courier not the seller (it wasn’t Royal Mail) who it had said would deliver it when I went on to order Maybe they should look at which courier they use

Obviously made it's way through their transport system ok before a local issue? Not likely a seller problem as to how well this other arrival was bubble wrapped.
