    Excellent communication. Packaging was great ,however there was breakage in shipping (no fault of the seller) who is replacing 3 chipped cups anyways. Seller has great inventory for this pattern and I will buy more from her. The cups and saucers were as described and the value is great. (This pattern is still available to purchase by a German online retailer for a lot more money and shipping costs!)

    I could not be more impressed with this seller! My plates came each individually wrapped and with a thick Styrofoam on the bottom and also on top to protect them. Everything packed super snug and came quickly besides! I was then sent some offers on items I had been looking yet but chose to decline.
