Had to get sewing machine checked over and serviced by a professional . Seller would not face time me to help with the problems.     The item was shipped fast and well protected. However, it arrived with a broken piece. I have contacted the seller and send him photos, but he didn't bother to answer to my messages. Very disappointed. Hopefully we'll be able to repair it but for almost £200, I expect a better customer service.
