    Easy to clean.

    I found the guard a bit fiddly to attach the first time but once it was on it did the job very well,no messy splashes.It is easy to clean.The plastic seems some what brittle so I dont think it would take a lot to crack it but for the price paid still good value for the money.

    Awkward to use

    Difficult and awkward to fit, once fitted correctly it does the job but have already cracked it after only a few uses. Opening part stiff and very small so difficult to add to mix. Not as robust or easy to use as original one I had

    great addition

    This is great for keeping all flour and icing sugar in the bowl,just what I was looking for. I didn't think I could get one to fit my 37 year old mixer but it's great! My only concern with it is it seems quite a brittle plastic and I hope it doesn't break.

    Useful bit of kit

    Gone are the days of floury teatowels adorning the top of my mixer. Works well although not the tightest of fits and the hinge lid is rather squeaky. But overall much easier and less messy.
