    Wow. This seller sent me four different knobs that were not in the auction, instead of what was described. Seller was RUDE and adamant it was not their fault. I guess I'm seeing things. One came broken, and the seller said they included two extra. Hah. Nope. Also the packing was a complete joke. GLASS KNOBS packed loosely in a box rattling around, which would explain the damage. The only packing was, wait for it. Six toy leis laid on top. Offered refund for wrong items tho. Worst of Ebay!!!

    I try to work with my clients because I don't like this kind of feedback. (I dont leave feedback anymore because it's not fair to sellers.) This buyer caught me on a bad day and their message started with "I'm pissed" which kind of set the tone for my reaction. The wrong pieces were not intentional and I did issue a refund for them and the damaged. Can't please everyone. Welcome to my blocked list. I have plenty of positive posts from happy buyers,.
