The trousers are a nice heavy winter weight and reasonable quality for the money. They are made of material that does stretch, although the waist is lined with a non-stretch material, so the waist on these 38” trousers measured exactly 38” which is perfectly sized, although don’t expect the stretch to apply to the waist. The trousers arrived very quickly and were well packed and communication was good.
