      Item arrived damaged, sent pictures and opened a case with the seller who said they would sort it, royal mail obviously damaged the item in transit which is nobodies fault, however the seller is now claiming that the item isnt in fact the one they havd sent and a different one even though that isn't the case at all, incredibly disappointing given the cost of the item to begin with, seller is obviously just shirking thier responsibilities!
