I have always found her videos to be easy to follow and this is no exception.It has a longer warm up and aerobics section than some of her other videos. It has subtitles option as well. I would recommend.

There are different levels of difficulty to follow and this is explained clearly throught the programme. Suitables for all ages and all levels of fitness. It is making such a difference to my life and i feel fitter and have more energy. I would highly recommend itI love doing this .
