It's Better The Second Time Around,
This was HILLARIOUS!!! This was far better than the first movie. John Leguizamo was brilliant as usual, the perfect voice for Sid. And it was great having the voice of Queen Latifah as Ray Ramano's love interest. This movie was a comedy-lovers delight. And of course the squirrel, Scrat, was genius from day one. Every scene he's in is like watching a great silent movie. That actually requires a lot of skill on behalf of the storytellers and animators to create scenes without dialogue that are equally as entertaining and engaging as those with dialogue. The latter is one reason why the first "Ice Age" film distinguished itself. So the team at Blue Sky Studios should be congratulated. This is a sharp movie. No sophomore slump. So if you were a fan of the first one, then don't forget to get the sequel when it hits stores this November.

THIS MOVIE LOOKS GREAT IN BLUE RAY. THIS IS THE SECOND ICE AGE MOVIE AND I LIKED IT PRETTY WELL. THIS IS GREAT ENTERTAINMENT. ITS GREAT MOVIE FOR CHILDREN TO WATCH. THERE IS A LITTLE VIOLENCE DUE TO TO 2 HUNTING ALLIGATORS.(AT LEAST I THINK THEY ARE ALLIGATORS)? MAYBE NOT FOR SMALL CHILDREN BUT I DON'T THINK IT WAS SCARE THE OLDER ONES. I decided to buy this wonderful movie to add to my Blu ray Disc collections. I already have this movie in DVD format but i like the crystal clear picture quality of the blu ray disc and all its magnificent features. My children really enjoyed watching this movie over and over again.
