I don't wish to leave a negative rating but I'm sorry to say I was disappointed with these. They were a lot smaller than I expected, not in very good condition and haven't thrived since being added to my pond. In fact they look worse than when they arrived. I've attached a photo showing the best looking one in the patio pond.

I ordered Toppik hair fibres in the colour grey, the item has arrived and the bottle says grey on the outside but the actual contents are black, definately not grey. I’ve emailed the seller as soon as I opened the parcel which was the day it was delivered . I’ve attached some photos that clearly show the problem but the seller is simply ignoring my messages ?? This is really poor service and I would not recommend buying from this seller.
