Received an automatic kitchen bin in a mere cardboard box, leading to it's arrival in a scratched damage, dusty, and dirty state. Clearly, it locked protective packaging, showing signs of careless handling and storage. This condition is unacceptable for a new product, especially one intended for clean environments like kitchen. Disappointed wit the quality control and shopping standards. Would not recommend due to the poor unboxing experience and the refund you have to pay .

We are very sorry for any confusion here. You did not purchase a New item. You purchased a Factory Returned Graded unit, this is why the packaging and item appeared to have been previously opened

Item arrived promptly after ordering. Unfortunately it would appear it was damaged in transit as the box arrived all broken. As a result, the sensor part of the bin was malfunctioning, opening randomly, then getting stuck on open.
I spoke to customer service Max who replied swiftly. Max provided some advice to reset the sensor, however this did not resolve the problem. He then quickly sent out a replacement. Arrived today, all working great! Thank you! Would buy again from M-director. A* serv.
