Arrived on time and good quality. I'm using it on a low level toilet cistern to reduce 44mm plastic pipe to 38mm plastic. It's a nice snug fit on the 38mm but a loose fit on the 42mm and is more like 45mm. I deliberately ordered 42mm so as to stretch it over the 44mm and didn't bother to ad hose clips thinking I wouldn't need them. Made a quick phone call to explain the problem and they're sending me a pair of pipe clips, well pleased.
