I was sent the wrong item, seller issued refund. The shipping is moderate (China), seller could be more customer service oriented. I was informed the item was out of stock after my purchase, then was offered a similar one (I agreed). Still sent the wrong item. When I inquired about it and asked for a return label, the seller advised me that a refund may have to be done without a return. Asked what happened to the item I was promised, seller stated that I should be happy to get a free item.
