Return policy
Returning an item you have purchased by mistake:
We will try our best to provide as much information as possible to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. When returning an item a returns form must be requested from support@laxzo.com and you must fill this in and enclose with the returned goods. We will refund the total cost of the goods, minus a restocking charge when we receive the goods back in a resalable condition.
 
Returning an item that is faulty:
If we have supplied an item that is faulty or goes faulty in the first 30 days of receipt we will supply you with a returns form and we will arrange for the return of the goods. Should we or the manufacturer of the good are satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or issue you with a full refund.
 
Returning an item that we have supplied incorrectly:
If we have supplied an item incorrectly we will arrange for the return of the goods and have the correct item sent out at the same time. A returns form will still be emailed to you which you need to fill in and send it back with the goods that are being returned.

    Very Good Grip

    Elite MTB/Hybrid V-Brake Pads: Clarks MTB V-brake block, triple contour design V-brake pads have water and dirt dissipation grooves for more effective braking in wet or muddy weather. These are very good value brakes. Easy to install on my 700c Men's Hybrid Bike. Excellent grip even in wet weather & going down hills. Features of the brake pads: 72 mm long. High braking coefficient. Water and dirt dissipation grooves. Rubber compound. Triple contour design. Hybrid brake pad.

    Used to be good quality - now made with bad materials

    I have used these exact pads previously and they only needed replacement after around 3000km's (which takes me about 3 months), the recent order only lasted two weeks and they are almost on the halfway wear line, this can only be that the factory that makes them decided to use a far lower quality rubber / material in this batch. I don't believe I bought a fake set because everything from the packaging to the actual pads is identical to previous packs I bought.

    All Weather Brake Blocks

    These brake blocks by Clarks have three different materials that contact with the rim during braking. The multi-material means these blocks work well in all weathers be it wet or dry. I have used them for many years and found them to be a very good all-rounder brake block and good value too.

    CLARKS ELITE BICYCLE BIKE ALL WEATHER MTB ATB V BRAKE PADS / BLOCKS

    Simply beyond expectation! Yes, they are wearing down fairly quickly ( I think most modern pads do) compared to pads of "years ago!" - but they perform better than I thought a block pad ever could. Dry, wet, clean or dirty rims makes no difference - these brakes WORK - so much so, my son was astounded that I could out-brake him in the wet - his bike has hydraulic discs! He did point out my weight advantage - but you get the idea - these will not disappoint on stopping power ( obviously, providing they are set up to the rim correctly).

    Top quality stopping power!

    I had not realised how much my old brake blocks had deteriorated through age hardening and contamination until I replaced them with these. The difference is phenomenal and the stopping power is just great. It feels like a new bike. I would recommend them to anyone and the service I received from the seller was just excellent.
