Incredible to work with. I found my daughter this same flashlight for free at a daycare close out and brought it home for her. It quickly became a favorite toy, which I broke within a week. She reminded me that I broke it daily. Not only did this seller work with me on a lower price point, but there are TWO so I have one as backup. My daughter is flippin thrilled. This item was accurately described, packed with care, and shipped on time via an expedited service. It was even discounted. I'm not sure what the complaint is here, but would have appreciated a heads-up beforehand. Leaving random, veiled criticism as positive feedback isn't helpful.
