sent me 4 cups of which two were broken. no broken bits in the packaging at all. told me broken glass was in the packaging. but the cups are not made of glass ! i said they were packed already broken. told me he would have a word with the courier. what would that do to help me? they handle hundreds of parcels very day every week, what would they know about a certain parcel? trying to pass the blame on them. not happy with it all as needed the items asap. won buy from them again.
