The support team is not very helpful, the delivery time is a way to long, The only positive is good price, however if you in rush to get your car back on road choice different seller, as those guys they don't offer any express delivery service... I end up with my car broken for two weeks because they could not provide me with any specific deliver time/day. Description stated “3-5 Days Delivery” which is misleading. If the items aren’t in stop they should be listed as “available”. Messaged seller multiple times to be given a “5-10 working days dispatch” generic message - three weeks after placing the order I’m still waiting. Not a good experience, wish I’d bought from my local BMW dealer for the parts - probably cheaper and definitely quicker. I wont buy from this seller again.
