I wanted the other Kirland tablets and thought these were them. Unfortunately they weren't and i returned them. The Kirland signature sleepaid are very good. I have taken them for a few years and shall go on taking them. I can recommend them but everybody taking tablets has to think for themselves because it is a type of medication.There was no seller communication.
