Initially I thought this a great bargain, the price was right and the service was good, but the first time I used a pair of these Nitrile gloves for a dirty job (I am a carer) one split at the finger and my hand was covered in excreta. I wrote to tell the seller but there has been no reply. I don't want a refund because they were so cheap, nor a replacement as I expect they would be the same quality, but I imply wanted the seller to know. The lack of response I felt was unprofessional.
