Sent me a completely different wig than pictured. When I messaged them they told me I should just DIY it, before offering to send a replacement (for an extra $10). I ended up getting the wig I got previously, again. The wig they went me (twice) is listed on their website for $10 less than the wig in the picture I bought. They tried claiming it's because it's un-styled, but I know wigs and I know when something has a different hairline. I smell a scam.
