We are definite that you will be satisfied with our Max Strength products. But in the rare case you are not, perhaps due to size, colour or model isn’t right; you can exchange or opt for a refund within 30 days of receiving the order. In case you have not received your order, you have 30 days to submit a claim. Please be aware that products are only eligible for refund if they are returned in their ORIGINAL packaging. In addition, every Max Strength product comes with 90 days warranty for your assurance.

Please initiate a refund request on the platform you bought the item from and a member of our customer service team will evaluate your request within 24 hours.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise instructed by a member of the Max Strength Customer Service team.

(Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.)
 
•All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used. Max Strength has the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable.
 
•The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Max Strength prior to any refund being issued; once we receive we will issue the refund right away. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.
 
•Max Strength cannot be responsible for returned items being lost or missing packages and recommends that customer place tracking numbers on returned merchandise.
 
•Please ensure package is being sent to correct address for all returns and exchanges: Powerstar Ltd Unit 28 Demmings Industrial Estate SK8 2PE
 
•IMPORTANT All packages must have the order number clearly labelled on the outside of the package. You may include the order number in the return address, as shown above. Shipments received without order number on package will be returned to sender.
 
•Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse. Max Strength Customer Service will send an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
 
This policy does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products.

    Value For Money

    Not quite as I expected but does the job of much dearer rowing machines. Was expecting electrical resistance adjustment but that's more manual so you have to stop exercising to change. But having said that does what I need for the price so would recommend if you want a budget rower.

    Easily assembled, good price and does a job. Not the best rowing machine for a proper workout

    Good product for the price and does a job. Resistance on the machine just not high enough so your legs really dont get the same involvment as a air rowing machine would give you. Becomes all arms and shoulders and just becomes far too easy. Just not a product i would recommend for full training purposes. Spend the money for a very good one. It will be worth it

    Exercise Bike

    The bike was very easy to assemble taking approx 45 mins to complete. It is solid and stable and should meet every requirement. It is a Xmas present for my wife who will give a further review once she has used it at Xmas. I can't see her not liking this machine. Thank you.

    folding cardio fitness exercise bike

    very sturdy exercise bike. Well made nice big saddle speed controls so can have a light peddle or sturdy one. also got back handle bars extra so can peddle not bent forward for a more relaxing ride, the back rest to saddle is great to so don't get back ache this bike is for about 31+ leg so not too low. would recommend this item
